Room at first floor was quiet (window to a side-street), spacious, modern, good aircon, comfortable bed (yes, mattress a bit hard, but that's ok) and equipped with an electric kettle. Hotel has a separate entrance, check-in in a hair-saloon downstairs. I stay often in these typical malaysian small budget hotels in provincial towns and this one was for sure in the upper category. There are public parking lots in front of the hotel with good lightening and a bank opposite, it seems to be a good and safe area,
