OYO 880 Hotel Purple Town

Moderate room. Good enough for bath n sleep. Location is very good. Got watson, bank, kopitiam, etc...all in walking distance

A really good budget option in the center of Sekinachan with many restaurants nearby. Room at first floor was quiet (window to a side-street), spacious, modern, good aircon, comfortable bed (yes, mattress a bit hard, but that's ok) and equipped with an electric kettle. Hotel has a separate entrance, check-in in a hair-saloon downstairs. I stay often in these typical malaysian small budget hotels in provincial towns and this one was for sure in the upper category. There are public parking lots in front of the hotel with good lightening and a bank opposite, it seems to be a good and safe area,

Super clean! Room was spacious. Hot water, AC and hair dryer works fine, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Worth the price! Hotel is built more like a hostel, and though it might be a little old and dated, it's actually quite charming.

Nice place

This was such a quirky little place, a bright purple building in a great part of town with the reception inside a hair salon. It is a budget hotel done well - simple, clean, safe and with great WiFi and air con. What more could you want for a couple of nights in Sekinchan.
